About the Studio
A small Kentucky studio for the rooms that matter.
We design and build kitchens, basements, and bathrooms for homeowners who want the work done carefully and want clear communication at every stage.
The founders
Brothers who kept the studio small on purpose.
Estate Renovations began with JM Haddix's vision: craftsmanship and customer service in one experience. When Jonathan joined in 2019, they chose to protect that feeling as the studio grew.
JM Haddix
Owner
Founded the studio on one conviction: craftsmanship and customer service belong in the same room.
Jonathan Haddix
Owner
Joined in 2019 and helped keep the work personal, with a studio intentionally small enough to stay close to every project.
Our mission
Elevate the experience. Keep the work fair.
A renovation should feel considered for the homeowner and sustainable for the people who design, build, and stand behind it. That means clear planning, honest communication, and a warranty that still matters years later.
Where to go next
How that shows up in the work.
