The Client Experience

A renovation should feel considered, not chaotic.

The work itself is one part of what we sell. The other part is the months it takes to get there. The pages below describe how communication, selections, schedule, and warranty actually feel during an Estate Renovations project — written plainly, because nothing on this page is theoretical.

    Communication

One project lead. One thread. No guessing where things stand.

Every Estate Renovations client works with a dedicated project lead from the first design meeting through the final walkthrough. You always know who to call, and you never have to repeat yourself across a chain of subcontractors.

  2. 02

    Updates

A weekly written update — the kind we'd want as homeowners.

Each Friday during construction, you receive a short written update from your project lead: what was completed, what's planned next week, what we need from you, and any decisions waiting on a response. No portals to log into, no notifications to chase.

  3. 03

    Selections

Materials reviewed in person, in good light, before they're ordered.

All selections happen at our design center, with physical samples staged in the palette of your home. Cabinetry, stone, tile, hardware, and lighting are walked through with you in a sequence designed to prevent decision fatigue.

  4. 04

    Schedule

A schedule built around your home, not a generic template.

We commit to a written construction schedule before demolition begins, and your project lead reviews progress against it every week. When a date moves, we tell you why — proactively, in writing.

    Walkthroughs

Two formal walkthroughs. Nothing closes out until you're satisfied.

A pre-construction walkthrough confirms scope and details on paper. A pre-completion walkthrough is where we hand you the list and ask what's missing. The project doesn't close until that list is empty.

  6. 06

    Warranty

A written warranty and a phone number that still works in three years.

Every Estate Renovations project includes a written workmanship warranty, plus the manufacturer warranties for all installed products. Our office stays in the same place, with the same people. When something needs attention, you call us, not a national chain.

“They were the only firm that told us the truth about what our project would cost — and then delivered exactly what they said they would.”

One last thing

We don't ask for a review until you've lived in the finished home for at least sixty days.

Reviews collected the week of completion are mostly about relief. Reviews collected after two months are about whether the work actually held up to daily life — which is the only thing we care about.
