A basement library wrapped in custom millwork
Floor-to-ceiling shelving and storage cabinetry — finished lower-level rooms that feel as considered as the floors above.
The Brief
- Location
- Lexington, KY
- Project Type
- Basement Renovation
- Scope
- Design, selections, and construction
The clients came to Estate Renovations with a clear goal: a room that worked for the way their household actually lives. We began with a careful site walkthrough, a 3D study of the existing footprint, and a series of design conversations.
From there, the project moved into selections — cabinetry profiles, stone, tile, fixtures, and lighting — coordinated to feel cohesive without becoming uniform. Construction was managed with daily progress updates through our project app so the homeowners always knew what was happening, and when.
The finished space is built to last and supported by our 10-year workmanship warranty.
